Two days to go! Malta’s Book Festival gears up for its 45th year of nourishing the love for books
The Malta Book Festival annually brings thousands of book lovers, old and young, to the MFCC at Ta’ Qali, revelling in stalls, talks and activities that celebrate literature in all its forms.
Commemorating its 45th edition this year, the festival will run between the 6th and 10th of November with the theme of ‘binding worlds’ or ‘dinjiet jirrimaw’ in Maltese, intended to unite readers from all walks of life. Joined by world-renowned authors Paul Lynch and Anthony Horowitz, several guests both local and international have been invited to share their expertise on writing, book-binding, book illustrations and more!
There will also be 40 stands of exhibitors, including publishers and booksellers as well as NGOs and international entities based in Malta, coming together to provide books for sale and activities for all attendees exploring the area.
