We love looking back at times gone by, seeing how our tiny island has changed to keep up with the times. For most of the younger generation, we can’t imagine what life would be like other than the one we know, but it’s awesome when vintage photos pop up, showing how things have changed. 3. The Chalet at Ghar id-Dud
The Chalet was a popular rendezvous spot until the early '60s, used as an open-air café and dance floor. Unfortunately, it was closed down to severe deterioration and was deemed an unsafe structure.
