In Malta we’re pretty good at following business trends that are catching on globally; we tend to get our foot in the door early on in the change and find a platform for our expertise to shine through. “Malta is currently leading the way in regulating the blockchain & cryptocurrency technology, presenting us with a major opportunity to host the first official conference launching Malta as a regulated virtual currency and ICO center,” say the organisers of the 2018 Summit.

The country’s involvement in this global phenomenon will allow business-minded individuals to create innovative business models and develop new technologies on the island. Understanding the ins and outs of the matter though, requires a generous amount of research and an unbiased opinion. “The summit aims to generate and promote a global cryptocurrency discussion and to further highlight the Maltese government's efforts to establish Malta as a pioneering and Blockchain embracing country.” Opening the doors to this type of technology taps into the Digital Innovation movement currently soaring on our island. So why join the movement? Why visit the summit?

The fantastic packed agenda will cover topics such as Token Economy, Artificial Intelligence and its connection to Fintech as well as the Global Trends that surround Blockchain with key speakers hailing frm the industry’s hottest companies. Big names such as Revolut country manager for Cypus, Greece and Malta Dimitris Litsikakis, Silicon Valley investor Tim Draper and the Founder of Wikipedia, Larry Sanger.
