Sunset serenades! Live music returns to Dingli Cliffs for a second year
The perfect way to end a summer day!

Francesca Vella

There are few places more breathtaking than Dingli Cliffs at sunset, and this summer, that golden hour will once again come alive with music.

For the second consecutive year, a series of open-air concerts will take place right by the iconic St. Mary Magdalene Chapel on Dingli Cliffs. These musical evenings offer the serenity of natural beauty combined with live performance, as local band clubs treat audiences to moving melodies against the backdrop of the setting sun.

The concerts, organised in collaboration with local musical societies, begin at 7:00 PM and are completely free to attend.

Here’s the full programme:

  • 18th July – St Mary’s Band Club Dingli A.D. 1985
  • 29th July – St Nicholas Band Club A.D. 1883
  • 20th August – St Nicholas Band Club A.D. 1883
  • 22nd August – St Mary’s Band Club Dingli A.D. 1985
  • 29th August – St Mary’s Band Club Dingli A.D. 1985 (Brass)
  • 10th September – L’Isle Adam Band Club Rabat A.D. 1860
  • 26th September – L’Isle Adam Band Club Rabat A.D. 1860
  • 27th September – St Mary’s Band Club Dingli A.D. 1985

Whether you’re a classical music enthusiast or are looking for the perfect date night idea, these performances are bound to make your summer evenings that little bit more magical! Bring someone special along and let the music – and sunset – do the rest.

Will you be there?
