During this year’s Festa Frawli, taking place on Sunday 27th April 2025, Heritage Malta is offering a unique opportunity to explore Malta’s rich prehistoric heritage at Ta’ Ħaġrat and Skorba.

These two remarkable archaeological sites will be open to visitors from 9am to 5pm, allowing history enthusiasts and festivalgoers to discover their significance.

At Ta’ Ħaġrat, special guided tours will run every hour from 9.30am to 2.30pm, alternating between Maltese and English. Each tour is limited to 20 guests, ensuring an intimate and informative experience. Meanwhile, visitors can enjoy a self-guided tour at Skorba, exploring its ancient remains at their own pace.

This event is a perfect chance to immerse yourself in Malta’s prehistoric past while celebrating one of the island’s most beloved traditions, the Strawberry Festival. Both sites provide a fascinating glimpse into Malta’s Neolithic period, offering insight into the island’s early settlements and cultural development.

Tickets for this special event, which include access to both sites, are available for purchase on-site at Ta’ Ħaġrat at just €3.00 for adults, seniors, and students. Heritage Malta members and children can visit for free.

Don’t miss this chance to step back in time and explore Malta’s prehistoric treasures during Festa Frawli 2025!
