Spotted! Ed Westwick and Madalina Ghenea at the Mediterranean Film Festival in Malta
The pair, together with Macarena Gomez, came to Malta for the ‘Deep Fear’ premiere.

Maltese film fanatics flocked to Eden Cinemas to see "Deep Fear" on its world premiere in Malta and to meet some of the film's major actors. Produced by Sean O'Kelly and Mark Bikindou, "Deep Fear" was helmed by Marcus Adams.

Among them was "Gossip Girl" actor Ed Westwick, widely known for playing Chuck Bass in the well-liked drama.

He was accompanied by Macarena Gomez andMadalina Ghenea, a multi-talented model and actress who has appeared in both Hollywood and European motion pictures. The latter is a multi-award-winning Spanish actress who has appeared in several movies and television shows.

Madalina Ghenea plays the experienced yachtswoman Naomi in "Deep Fear" as she travels alone through the Caribbean to see her boyfriend Jackson (Ed Westwick) in Grenada.

The event, which naturally takes place in conjunction with the Mediterranean Film Festival. This was Day 3 of the Mediterranean Film Festival that came to Malta for the first time. The project is bringing filmmakers from all across the Mediterranean including Italy, France, Spain, Portugal, Cyprus, Greece, Slovenia, and Croatia, as well as showcasing our island’s immense talent.
