Fancy a truly unique experience this Halloween? On the night of 31st October, the historic Gozo Old Prison is opening its doors for an unforgettable adult-only adventure: Sleepover at the Gozo Old Prison. From 7.30PM until 8.30AM the next morning, participants aged 18+ can spend a night ‘locked up’ inside this centuries-old site dating back to the Knights’ Period – without any sentence!
The evening kicks off with a guided tour, where tales of confinement and history echo through the stone walls. As darkness falls, test your wits during a torchlit Clue Quest around the Citadel, solving mysteries in hidden corners and quiet streets.
Finally, the ultimate challenge awaits: spending the night within the historic prison walls. At sunrise, enjoy a light breakfast before being released from your overnight stay.
To join, you’ll need to bring a sleeping bag, torchlight, and a water bottle. Keep in mind, you have to be prepared to sleep in a shared, confined space with other guests.
Tickets are limited to 15 participants (so hurry!) and can be bought online or at any Heritage Malta site or museum.
