Gozo foodies, take note! Wenzhou Asian & Latin American Supermarket has just opened its doors in Xewkija, Gozo marking the sixth branch of this much-loved chain, and the first on the sister island.

The first two stores were in Mosta and Gżira, followed by St Julian’s in January 2022, Sliema in May 2024, and Buġibba, which opened earlier this year in June. Today, Gozo joins the list, bringing international flavours across the channel!

Shoppers can expect a wide variety of authentic Asian and Latin American products: from noodles, sauces and spices to snacks, drinks, and pantry staples that are often hard to find elsewhere.

You can find the new store is located on Triq L-Imgarr (the main road leading from the ferry), just before entering Victoria, and opening hours are daily from 9am to 9pm.

So if you’re in Gozo and craving Japanese matcha or Mexican tortillas – you’re in luck!
