Sax Under the Stars! Vini e Capricci organising a magical culinary and wine experience in Gozo next month
The 7th edition of this iconic summer event is happening on Saturday 5th August.

Vini e Capricci, a leading culinary brand in Malta, is delighted to present the 7th edition of its iconic summer event, 'Sax Under the Stars'. Featuring a fusion of exceptional live music performances, tantalising culinary delicacies and a fine selection of wines and spirits. Similar to its predecessors, this event which is happening on Saturday 5th August, promises to deliver an experience like no other.

The event will be held at the Xwejni Salt Pans, a truly perfect location for this grand extravaganza. The salt pans display a captivating chequerboard pattern and glistening mirrored pools, forming a mesmerising spectacle, extending across several kilometres along Gozo’s northern coastline, creating an ever-engaging visual spectacle.

Sax Under the Stars

The salt pans will be transformed into a picturesque setting while guests will be entertained by local artists, including Sarah Bonnici & Band, Baritone Charles Buttigieg and Michele Lazzarini, a top saxophonist from Italy who has performed widely around the globe, together with Singer Cinzia Carraturo and Piano-Player Nunzio Adragna.

The event will feature an exquisite menu comprising of gourmet cuisine made with the freshest and finest ingredients. All food will be prepared by Abraham's Head Chef and his brigade and wine paired by wine Consultant, Fabien Etienne. Attendees can also enjoy an extensive range of premium wines and spirits that are sure to tantalise their taste buds.

Sax Under the Stars

The dress code is an all-white attire to complement the ethereal ambience and create an unforgettable experience. Flat shoes are also recommended.
