The era of the 70s was known for its transformative power in various aspects society, changes that shaped the music of the time. Teatru Rock, produced by Revamp MT, will bring the essence of the 1970s and their iconic artists, including Pink Floyd, Metallica, Queen, The Beatles, Aretha Franklin and David Bowie, to Teatru Salesjan in Sliema next Saturday 2nd November at 8pm.

With the participation of some of Malta and Gozo’s finest talent, including Chris Grech, Lisa Gauci, Petra, Keith Zammit Mintoff, Jolene Samhan and Paul Bezzina, led by musical director Edward Mifsud, the night will bring to life some of the sounds that changed the course of music history forever.

The iconic sounds of the night will be accompanied by visuals that weave through them, telling various stories from the decade, from man’s landing on the moon to the evolution of feminism.
