Due to overwhelming demand following the highly successful June edition, Heritage Malta has just announced a new date for the Harbour Cruise centred around World War II, the 19th of September from 6.30 pm to 8 pm.

Get ready to embark on a historical voyage along the harbours flanking the resilient city of Valletta, the prime target of Axis air raids during the war. Guided by Senior Curator Matthew Balzan, this cruise unveils the dramatic narrative of the Second Great Siege of Malta, a transformational period from 1940 to 1943.

You will be able to witness the echoes of history as you imagine the bombs that once fell upon the fortifications and military sites of our valiant capital and gain insights into this pivotal chapter of our shared heritage.

Tickets for the June event sold out fast so it would be ideal to secure your tickets as soon as possible. Tickets are priced at €17 for adults, €15 for seniors and students, and a nominal €10 for children and Heritage Malta members, with HM membership card validation required. Tickets can be purchased online via the Heritage Malta website or at their various museums and sites.
