The summer festival with great music and the greatest beers.

Beer Festival

The Farsons Beer Fest is one of the most anticipated festivals of the year. 2018 will feature a top line-up of beers, such as the classic Maltese favourite Cisk and newcomer Farsons Gold Label Pale Ale. Here's your opportunity to enjoy these fine brews while listening to some of Malta’s hottest music!

Whatever your plans; cancel them and be sure to keep Thursday 26th July through to Saturday 4th August entirely free to enjoy The Farsons Beer Festival at Ta’ Qali National Park. Get ready for an outdoor festival where the crowds flock - not only do they get to watch their favourite local bands jam out on the Rock Stage or Main Stage, but they can sing along with a cold beer in hand.

This year, the festival will feature 70+ artists and performances and a whopping 50 beers that hail from local and international waters; not to mention a food court decked with a vast array of foods. Some of the beers you will need to try are the entire Cisk range; from the classic Cisk Lager to the refreshing Cisk Chill along with other Classic Farsons Brews such as Blue Label, India Pale Ale and the newbie on the list - the Farsons Gold Label Pale Ale.

A second visit to the Beer Fest is definitely suggested and encouraged, as trying all the beers on tap may be a challenge in one night. If you’re looking for some international flavour, why not give the hip Hobgoblin or irreplaceable Corona a whirl while jumping around to the local tunes?

This year’s headliners include The Rifffs for a bit of ska, The Travellers for that intense local vibe and ManaTapu with their original style and international flavour. Hit all three stages during your visit and look out for the full programme to check out your favourite acts.

The Travellers

Entrance to the festival is free, so paying the bar and the stage a visit everyday of the week is entirely doable. Savour the top of the line beers on offer, listen to some live bands and enjoy the fantastic surroundings. And at the end of it all, do yourself a favour and book a taxi home; the irresistible beers available will definitely have you coming back for more - plus you'll even spare yourself the hassle of parking!
