The fun’s not over until The Ghaxaq Music Festival says so! We all know it by now...the small Maltese town of Ghaxaq is THE summer destination on the island, especially when it comes to music festivals.

The end of July saw the famous Marco Masini and The Wailers performing in concert and they were a massive hit with locals and tourists alike. This time, on Tuesday the 8th of August, the Ghaxaq Music Festival is bringing a tribute U2 band to the village and it is going to be epic!

The tribute band U2UK have won the hearts of U2 fans all over the world. They have performed in Europe and beyond, from Jersey, Beirut, Romania, Spain, Cyprus, Sweden, and now, Malta! For their 20th year anniversary, the band will be performing songs spanning four decades and some of the best rock anthems ever written!

The music festival will take place from 8.30pm onwards at the Ghaxaq Square and the entrance is free of charge...just make sure to head there early because it’s going to be a big one!
