A new chapter in Malta’s hospitality and business landscape is set to unfold as Accor Group prepares to introduce its design-led brand Tribe to the island in 2027. The four-star hotel will form part of the ambitious SkyParks 2 expansion, located within the grounds of Malta International Airport.
Selected through a competitive bidding process, Tribe was chosen for its contemporary, lifestyle-focused concept, aligning seamlessly with the vision of SkyParks as a modern, integrated destination in southern Malta.

The hotel will feature 98 thoughtfully designed guest rooms equipped with smart technology and high-speed connectivity, catering primarily to business travellers and transit guests seeking both efficiency and comfort.
Beyond accommodation, the hotel will offer a range of amenities aimed at enhancing the guest experience. These include meeting and conference facilities, a restaurant, a heated indoor pool and spa, as well as a rooftop pool boasting panoramic views. The design places equal emphasis on productivity and relaxation, reflecting evolving expectations in the hospitality sector.
Operations will be managed by Claret Group, marking their second franchised collaboration with Accor.

In addition to the hotel, SkyParks 2 will introduce flexible office spaces, co-working areas, retail outlets, and dining options, alongside underground parking.
Building on the success of SkyParks since 2012, the expansion is expected to support a growing business community of around 2,000 professionals, reinforcing its position as a key hub for commerce and connectivity in Malta.
