Festive fun awaits! Christmas Dome brings Danusan and Santa to St Julian’s Mercury Towers
Both events promise wonder and some Christmas cheer!

With Christmas just over a month away, there's another festive event to add to your calendar! The Mercury Towers in the heart of Paceville, St Julian’s, will host the spectacular Mercury Christmas Dome, a 25-metre-wide, 12.5-metre-tall structure with a ceiling fully covered in screens that allow for a stunning 360° panoramic projection.

This grand dome will feature two family-friendly Christmas shows sure to delight both young and old. The first, 'The Bigfoot Christmas Tale', is produced by the comedic duo Danusan, alongside other actors and the vibrant sounds of Tikka Banda. The story revolves around a kingdom where animals communicate solely through music, bringing a symphony of sounds and laughter to the audience.

Adding to the fun, the audience is invited to be part of the experience! Through their mobile devices or tablets, attendees can influence certain parts of the story, giving them the power to shape the narrative as it unfolds. The element of interactivity means each performance will be one-of-a-kind, creating a fresh experience for every group of visitors. This fun-filled event will combine musical performances with vibrant visuals, bringing the wonders of the animal kingdom to life inside the dome.

The second show, 'Santa’s Little Astronauts', merges the enchantment of Santa's world with the excitement of space exploration. Kids can dive into the orbital UV ball pit, participate in quizzes, and navigate a festive obstacle course. The experience concludes with a meet-and-greet with Santa Claus, where children will have a photo opportunity with the man himself and will receive a personalised 'astronaut license' certifying them as part of Santa's team.

Both events kick off on December 7th, with a maximum capacity of 340 attendees per show. Each ticket offers free parking, great gifts, and each child's ticket provides access to both shows. Children will also be able to write a letter to Santa on star-shaped notes, which will be collected in a rocket, ready to be sent all the way to the North Pole in time for Christmas! This charming activity allows children to share their holiday wishes with Santa, adding to the sense of wonder and excitement that the Mercury Christmas Dome aims to create.

Christmas cheer won't just be available for the kids - all visitors can indulge in seasonal treats and warm beverages, creating the perfect ambience to relax and soak in the holiday spirit. There will also be games and entertainment options available, providing plenty of ways to keep everyone entertained between shows.

Tickets can be purchased through the official Mercury Christmas Dome website. Don't miss out on this magical experience in the lead-up to the holiday season!

Are you looking forward to these Christmas events?
