Ainsley Harriott's latest TV series, 'Ainsley’s Taste of Malta’ is finally airing on television! You can watch the exciting programme from Monday at 3pm (UK TIME) on the UK television station, ITV1.
Celebrity chef Ainsley had been spotted going round Malta and Gozo last May exploring all the islands have to offer while filming the show.
The full TV series will consist of five episodes which will air every Monday at 3pm (UK TIME). 'Ainsley’s Taste of Malta’ has been described as “a journey offering spellbinding sights, enchanting scenery and delicious food!” by ‘Silver Travel Advisor’.
Some of the highlights that will be shown include Malta’s capital city about Valletta, the colourful fishing village of Marsaxlokk and its weekly fish market, as well a masterclass in Malta’s delicious ftira.
Obviously, you can’t make a show about Maltese cuisine without mentioning pastizzi, which is why Ainsley also heads to ‘Crystal Palace’s Pastizzeria’ to learn more about Malta’s favourite delicacy.
Ainsley also makes his way to Gozo to learn all about the ġbejniet, olive oil and Beef Bragioli.
The show will also be available on ITVX just in case you miss it when it premieres on ITV1.
