Craving more fireworks? Floriana to host spectacular ground display this Saturday 3rd May
If the Malta International Fireworks Festival finale at the Grand Harbour on Wednesday 30th April leaves you wanting more, you’re in for a treat, because the skies (and streets) will keep sparkling this weekend too!
On Saturday 3rd May, head to Floriana from 10.30 PM onwards for the spectacular ‘Night of Light & Colour’ – an event that will illuminate the iconic Granaries (Il-Fosos) with a jaw-dropping display of mechanised ground fireworks.
A proud demonstration of traditional Maltese pyrotechnic craftsmanship locally called ‘ġigġifogu’, this one-of-a-kind performance combines art, engineering, and decades of local heritage into a single breathtaking show.
