The Gozo Highspeed service between Valletta and Mġarr Harbour in Gozo, as well as the Valletta ferries to Sliema and the Three Cities, faced significant disruptions over the weekend due to adverse weather conditions. Strong winds created a swell in the harbour, forcing the suspension of Gozo Highspeed services on Friday as well as yesterday, Sunday 8th December, and continuing into this morning.

However, there’s good news for those travelling to Gozo - the Gozo Highspeed service is set to resume later today. The first trip will depart from Valletta at 11:45 AM, followed by the first trip from Mgarr, Gozo, at 12:45 PM.

Unfortunately, the Valletta ferry service to Sliema, however, will remain suspended for today, until further updates are provided by the Facebook page
