All feasts have been cancelled for this year
A sad moment for festa-goers everywhere.

Jillian Mallia

It seems the Coronavirus will keep taking things away from us this year. Reportedly, the Curia released instructions that all feasts (yes, the festas that we so look forward to each year) are to be cancelled due to the virus spreading. This is all unless the health authorities issue something else in due course.

Reportedly, the Curia said the feasts can only me held in a form of pilgrimage of prayer and mass. Holy Communion and Confirmation ceremonies are going to be postponed as well. Easter celebrations have also been cancelled amid this pandemic.

Can we catch a break?
