Thought Le Bistro couldn’t get any better? Think again.

With summer just a couple of days away, there’s nothing quite like al fresco dining. And what better place sit and savour the warm weather than the glorious outdoor terrace at the Radisson Blu Resort in St Julian’s – host to the beautiful Le Bistro?

Boasting a fresh, updated menu full of recipes and ingredients that are synonymous with Mediterranean summers, you’re going to want to sample and savour every dish on offer.

Le Bistro’s chefs have, once again, outdone themselves to select unique combinations of flavours which complement each other and enhance the dining experience.

Without giving away too much of this spot’s new menu, you’re bound to enjoy Le Bistro’s Pickled Wild Mushrooms, accompanied by an aubergine caviar and radish salad; the Asparagus and Pea Soup, topped with ricotta salata; as well as the Grilled Seabass, served together with a side of yellow tomatoes, bok choy, spring onions, and soy ginger.

The new menu offers a generous selection of fish, seafood, and fresh cuts of meat, as well as several vegetarian dishes.

We can’t not mention the new, mouth-watering additions to the Le Bistro menu, such as the Ricotta di Pecora cake, served with pistachio ice cream and orange and berry gel.

You can also get your hands on a gluten free, flourless dessert: the Mini Tartufo, with white and dark chocolate mousse.

Le Bistro is open daily between 6pm and 10pm from Monday to Thursday, between 6pm and 10:30pm on Fridays and Saturdays, and from 12pm to 3pm and 6pm to 10pm on Sundays.

Booking is recommended and can be made online at lebistromalta.com.
