The National Museum of Archaeology in Malta shared a captivating throwback photo that showcases the power and beauty of a photographic archive.

The photo, taken during the Saqqajja Excavations in the 1970s, features a group of young children who were fortunate enough to be exposed to their cultural heritage at a tender age.

The post claims that the male adult figure in the photo is the late Dr Daniel Micallef, but the identities of the young children remain a mystery. In fact, the museum is reaching out to the public, asking if anyone recognises any of the children or if they themselves are in the photo.

Do you think you or someone you know is in the photo?
