The news website, Bloomberg has listed Malta as one of the best places travellers should visit this 2024.

Our little archipelago was mentioned alongside 23 other different locations from across the world.

“You may think of it as the backdrop for GladiatorGame of ThronesTroy and other historical productions, but Malta is embracing the present”, the news website wrote when talking about Malta.

They go on to mention all the projects up ahead for this coming year such as Malta’s inaugural Biennale, as well as the newly opened skyscraper built by Zaha Hadid Architects.

The article suggests that travellers should visit Malta around October as during this time the country has “lovely weather, few crowds, plus the fun of Notte Bianca (White Night), when museums and galleries stay open all night and streets are filled with performers and food stands”.

Some of the other destinations included are the Dominican Republic, Transylvania in Romania, Kangaroo Island in Australia as well as the ever so romantic Tuscany in Italy.
