What a game! Maltese water polo team beat Israel at European Championships in Croatia
It was a close one, with a score of 13-11.

Malta beat Israel during yesterday’s exciting game the LEN European Water Polo Championships currently being held in Croatia.

The score was a close one of 13-11 with superstar player Sam Gialanze scoring a total of four goals.

Jake Muscat Melito and Jayden Cutajar scored three goals each while Nikolai Zammit scored two and Jeremy Abela scored one.

They also played Germany last Friday, losing closely with a score of 18-13.

These games are part of preliminary Round Group C, where Malta is currently sitting in third place with one game to go against Serbia.

A massive congratulations to the whole team!
