Keep that umbrella handy!

Despite the sunny start to the day, Malta might be in for a wet and stormy night! The local weather page It-Temp Madwarna has reported a 70% chance of rain tonight, with possible thunderstorms, particularly in the southwest of the island.

This reflects what the rest of the week will look like till Friday, with Maltese Islands Weather forecasting isolated rain showers across the islands till Friday. From Friday till Sunday, however, the chance of rain increases significantly, making it very likely that the weekend ahead will be a wet one!

On top of that, temperatures are expected to drop over the weekend, with Sunday’s real feel temperature reaching just 13°C during the day and dipping to a chilly 5°C at night. Time to bring out the winter layers again!

Are you hoping for a wintry February or are you ready for spring?
