WATCH: Maltese-Aussie conquers the art of making crunchy Maltese bread
We’re drooling!

Jillian Mallia

Somehow, this pandemic has steered a lot of people in the direction of bread making (sweet or savoury), and Patrice Pace is one of them. The Maltese-Aussie architect who has a fond love for cooking, manage to master the art that is baking crunchy Maltese bread.

“If there is anything that COVID-19 taught me it’s this! How to cook a perfect Maltese Hobz! LOOK AT THOSE CRUMBS!!!!!!!” Oh baby, we see them! The crumbs are what make the entire recipe, in our humble opinion at least.

This was actually his first video on his new YouTube cooking channel, where he shows viewers how to make what he calls the “Maltese Holy Grail.” That it is, my friend.
