Absolutely mesmerising!

Emma Galea

For the first time in Malta’s recorded history, a live choir in the shape of Christmas tree gave a festive concert like no other in Gharb, Gozo.

The Christmas tree was made up of 100 singers from the Gozo Community Choir and the Gharb Parish Choir of youth and children.

In the video they can be seen singing to the classic Maltese festive song ‘Nini la Tibkix Izjed’ on the steps of the Gharb Parish church in the green tree like structure.

They also received a certification from ‘The Malta Records’ for becoming the first organisation to successfully attempt such a unique concert.
