The park is divided into two.
In his latest vlog, local explorer Pierre Farrugia took his trusty camera and went on to document his exploration of the Mizieb Woodlands.
The Mizieb Woodlands are a natural reserve in the North of Malta. The area is one where many frequent for walks and picnics however no naked fires, camping or motor vehicles are allowed within the park itself.
Although is accessible to anyone who wishes to visit, Pierre soon warned his viewers to be careful when they do as during hunting season this area is also used as a hunting ground.
The park itself is divided into two areas with a road right between them.
Pierre started from the Ghajn Tuffieha side and as he walked along the designated paths surrounded by never ending greenery, he reached one of the many stunning viewpoints.
At the edge of the cliff, he could see the beautiful valley right underneath him.
Despite fires being prohibited, Pierre came across quite a few of dried-up fires showing how many people in fact disobey the rules, damaging the surrounding flora and fauna.
Even though the park has some rugged paths, the main path is wide and flat making it accessible for everyone. It is truly the perfect spot for a family outing.
Pierre then crossed the road and went to the Xemxija side, a side which he preferred due to the fact it was way cleaner.
He also came across many people walking their dogs and children riding their bikes.
The park also has a parking area nearby making it that much easier and hassle free to visit.
