Eeetwell wants to change the way you think about food.

As anyone who’s hunted for a tasty snack or quick meal on-the-go will know, it can be hard to find something that’s both delicious and won’t totally destroy your healthy eating plans. But one local restaurant chain is intent on making it a little bit easier: Eeetwell is on a mission to reimagine the future of healthy eating, and while they’re at it, change the way people think about food.

Eeetwell

How?

Well, it’s all down to the belief that food is the single biggest choice we make every day that can have a major impact on our lifestyle, our bodies, and the world around us – and hey, they have a point.

At eeetwell, a menu focused on sustainably sourced, healthy and seasonal food can support you in making these small steps towards better health, as eeetwell works towards its goals of contributing towards a stronger environment and more conscious communities.

Oh, and the food is pretty damn tasty too.

With a great selection of salads, wraps, bakery and warm grains, juices, smoothies and protein shakes, the menu at eeetwell is far from the boring greens many associate with healthy eating. And, apart from the excellent options that are available year-round, the eeetwell chefs also come up with some incredible seasonal specials to spice things up.

Eeetwell

The current winter menu is designed to keep you warm and healthy this cold season, and features some fast favourites, including the Winter Medley Bowl – a yummy mix of spelt grain, mixed peppers, leeks, broccoli, baby spinach, rucola, pomegranate, goat cheese, roasted chicken thighs and harissa dressing.

The winter menu also features a returning fan favourite, the Halloumi Bowl, and it’s easy to see why! Comprised of grilled halloumi cheese, slow roasted cherry tomato, artichoke fricassee, mixed peppers, rainbow quinoa, roasted chickpeas, roasted sweet potato, shredded kale, fresh baby spinach and croutons with a maple balsamic vinaigrette, our mouths are watering just thinking about it.

The winter warmer we’re most excited about though, has got to be eeetwell’s take on the classic Maltese Leek Soup, because seriously, who doesn’t love modern interpretations of local fare? The heartwarming soup is made with leeks, local potato, onions, dill, coconut milk and local spinach topped with croutons, and is just what the doctor ordered when the temperature drops!

Other dishes from the main menu continue to be popular too, and a little birdie tells us that the Aizumi Noodles, a new signature dish featuring signature egg noodles, mixed peppers, red onions, leeks, cherry tomato, rucola, peanuts, crispy onions, soy sauce and sesame seeds has been a hit among long-time eeetwell fans.

Well, that’s our lunch order sorted then.

With locations spread around Malta and even in Gozo, there’s bound to be an eeetwell near you, and trust us, you won’t regret it!
