After the brute force of Storm Harry battered seafront buildings across the Maltese islands, businesses are slowly finding their footing once more.

Among them is Pierre’s Restaurant, which has announced it will officially reopen its doors tomorrow, Saturday 28th February, following weeks of restoration works.

Located along the Marsalforn promenade, the beloved Gozo eatery was severely ruined by the severe weather that swept across the coast, with the team sharing photos of broken furniture, exposed ceilings and structural damage.

In the aftermath, the team embarked on what they described as a journey of repair, renewal and improvement, choosing not only to restore the damage but to revamp the space entirely.

In a social media post announcing the reopening, the team expressed gratitude for the patience, support and kind messages received from the community during this challenging period, adding that the encouragement ‘truly means the world to us’.

Welcome back, Pierre’s!
