The Irish Sun has recently published an article where it referred to Malta as “the Medieval European island that’s tipped to be the next Marbella”.

“With all the sun and fun of Menorca or Marbella, but with tons more cultural delights, Malta has long been a favourite short-haul sunshine destination for Brits”, the article continued expressing.

It then went on to give ten different reasons as to why their Irish readers should pay a visit to the Maltese Islands.

Some of the reason given included the “Honey-coloured Valletta”, the “enchanting Mdina”, the “majestic Dingli Cliffs” and the “electric atmosphere and buzzing bars” in Paceville.

Irish tourists would definitely love visiting Malta as they get to experience the constant sunny weather of Southern Europe while enjoying some of the best attractions the islands have to offer.
