Mark your calendars and get ready to be blown away by the Ghaxaq Music Festival, where an exceptional lineup of artists awaits you. And it’s all happening this weekend! On the 27th of July, brace yourself for a reggae-filled night as "The Wailers" take the stage, promising to keep the crowd grooving. Then, on the 29th of July, the renowned Italian Singer Marco Masini and his band will captivate the audience with their mesmerising performance.

To ensure convenient access to this spectacular event, Malta Public Transport has gone the extra mile by organising special services. For both festival days, three extra Route 88 buses will be available from Valletta at 19:00hrs, 19:30hrs, and 20:00hrs.

Additionally, a special service, S88, will run from Ghaxaq Bus Stop 1653 Telleritu to Valletta, with multiple departures at 00:10hrs, 00:25hrs, and 00:40hrs, making it easier for festival-goers to return home after the event.

The special services are part of the free public transport initiative, encouraging everyone to utilise public transportation. All personalised Tallinja Card holders can enjoy complimentary travel. For others, cash tickets will be available at a reasonable rate of €3 per passenger.

The S88 route to the Ghaxaq Music Festival is not covered under the Free Transport initiative. However, Tallinja Card holders can benefit from the discounted rate of €2.50 when using their personalised cards, while cash tickets are priced at €3.00 per passenger.

Gather your friends and family and get ready for two incredible nights filled with unforgettable performances and unforgettable memories.
