The de Mondion, one of the only three restaurants to receive a Michelin Star in the first Michelin awards for Malta and Gozo, has expressed its pride and joy for being awarded a Michelin Star, and admitted that they always had their eyes set on the prize.

De Mondian is led by Group Chef de Cuisine Kevin Bonello, the kitchen brigade including Clint Grech, John Agius, Jacob Busuttil and Mickael Noblet.
