Take note! MaltaPost suspends SendOn service from Hong Kong, effective immediately
Attention online shoppers!

Francesca Vella

MaltaPost has announced the immediate suspension of its SendOn service from its Hong Kong hub, leaving customers who rely on this shipping solution searching for alternatives.

Since its launch in 2015, SendOn has been a game-changer for Maltese shoppers looking to buy from international stores that either don’t ship to Malta or charge high delivery fees. By routing packages through designated hubs around the world, MaltaPost has provided an affordable way to bring goods to local doorsteps.

However, in an email sent to customers today, MaltaPost confirmed that its Hong Kong hub is no longer operational.

For those who have recently placed orders using the Hong Kong SendOn address but do not yet see their items listed in their SendOn account, MaltaPost urges them to contact Customer Care within 24 hours at 21224421 or via email at [email protected].

Despite this suspension, SendOn services from Germany, Italy (Milan & Sicily), the UK, and the USA remain fully operational.

Will this affect your online shopping plans?
