The wind force is getting stronger.

As a result of the strong winds that will soon hit the Maltese Islands, the Gozo Highspeed fast ferry has cancelled a number of trips due to the “unfavourable sea conditions”.

Their last trip for today, 17th November, 2023 will be at 6:45pm from Gozo and 5:45pm from Valletta.

All of tomorrow’s (18th November, 2023) trips are all cancelled.

The wind is expected to subside by the 19th November, 2023 so the fast ferry services should return back to normal. Nonetheless, keep an eye out on their social media just in case.

For now, the other ferry that crosses between Malta and Gozo, the Gozo Channel, is expected to work as usual.

17th November 2023
