Such a cutie! Winston the weasel makes a full recovery at Wildlife Rehab Centre in Malta
Winston arrived at the centre with severe injuries.

The Wildlife Rescue Team Malta has shared the heartwarming recovery story of Winston, a weasel who arrived at their Wildlife Rehab Centre with severe injuries. Thanks to the team’s dedicated care, Winston has fully healed.

The centre’s core mission is to rescue and rehabilitate protected species, which cannot legally be kept as pets. When these animals are injured, the Wildlife Rehab Centre Malta steps in as one of the few facilities equipped to handle such cases.

The team expressed their deep appreciation to the public for consistently alerting them when animals are in distress. They also thanked their hardworking veterinarians and volunteers, whose dedication makes these rescues possible.

The centre noted that donations are always appreciated to help fund their ongoing work. Contributions can be made via bank transfer or Revolut to their Wildlife IBAN MT18 VALL 2201 3000 0000 4002 353 8289, Swift code VALLMTMT.

Wishing Winston a happy life ahead!
