If you’ve spent recent evenings outdoors, you’ve likely noticed the temperatures beginning to cool as November settles in. Last weekend saw a few light showers across the island, but if you’re anticipating a proper storm, next weekend may be your chance!

According to Maltese Islands Weather, Friday is set to bring an 85% chance of isolated thunderstorms, with expected rainfall between 3 to 9 mm. The storm will likely continue into Saturday morning, with nighttime temperatures feeling as low as 13 degrees—definitely time for a light jacket!

In the days leading up to the storm, expect mostly sunny weather through Wednesday, with increasing cloud cover on Thursday. So there are still a few more days to enjoy the warm sunshine that has graced the islands recently.

Are you looking forward to some stormy weather?
