Star-struck! ‘The Boy in the Striped Pyjamas’ actor Rupert Friend plays tennis at Marsa Sports Club
Keep your eyes peeled for the cast of Jurassic World 4 roaming the Maltese streets!
The Asciak Tennis Academy has revealed that the British actor Rupert Friend, known for his roles in ‘The Boy in the Striped Pyjamas’, ‘Hitman: Agent 47’, Wes Anderson's 'Asteroid City' and Netflix’s ‘Anatomy of a Scandal’, has spent the last two weeks training with local tennis coach Matthew Asciak, alongside tennis player Sean Grech.
The world-famous actor enjoyed early 7am sessions for 2 hours at the Marsa Sports Club before going to work on the set of Jurassic World 4 with his fellow actors Jonathan Bailey and Scarlett Johansson.
The local tennis coach claimed it was an honour for them to play the sport with a top film star, as Malta continues to welcome more and more actors of this calibre!
