Star-struck! Malta’s Shaun Farrugia debuts his single for musical superstar John Newman
Shaun Farrugia has shared an exciting video giving a sneak peek of his upcoming single ‘Crying Alone On A Saturday Night’ to the British singer, DJ and record producer John Newman, best known for his 2013 track ‘Love Me Again’, which topped the UK Singles Chart and was featured in the game FIFA 14.
Shaun’s powerful ballad, set to drop on Friday 15th November, clearly left an impression on the famous musician, who became visibly emotional as Shaun’s incredible vocals swelled to the music on his track.
Shaun’s career took off after relocating to London at 26, where he met renowned DJ and producer Sigala. Since then, he’s teamed up with top artists like DJ Martin Garrix (‘Starlight ‘Keep Me Afloat’’ and ‘If We’ll Ever Be Remembered’), as well as Sigala himself on ‘Melody’. After impressing John Newman with his latest single, Shaun’s career trajectory continues to have a definite upward direction!
