In a heartfelt announcement, the owners of Straws/Serafino, Lino and Patsy, revealed that this Thursday will mark the end of a remarkable 43-year journey as they close their doors for the last time.

‘We have made many friendships and a lot of memories which we will cherish forever but it is now time for us to take a step back and enjoy our family’

The cherished cafeteria has been a cornerstone of the community, creating countless memories and lasting friendships.

Expressing gratitude to their loyal patrons, the owners acknowledged the support that has sustained them over the years. While bidding farewell to the daily operations, Lino and Patsy are eager to embrace a new chapter focused on family and personal joys.

Although the physical doors may close, the culinary legacy lives on, as a limited menu will be available for order via Bolt starting mid-January.

As Straws/Serafino takes its final bow, Lino and Patsy extend warm wishes for a joyful Christmas and a prosperous New Year to all, inviting the community to share these last moments in the coming days.

Are you sad to see Straws/Serafino go?
