Rough seas ahead! Gozo Highspeed service suspended from midday Friday 20th to Saturday 21st December
The gale-force winds expected this weekend will be causing some travel disruption

The gale-force winds predicted for the weekend have inevitably caused some travel disruption on the seas, with the Gozo Highspeed service halting tomorrow, Friday 20th December, after its final trips departing from Valletta at 12.45 PM and from Mgarr Harbour in Gozo at 1.45 PM. All trips scheduled for Saturday 21st December will also be cancelled.

As it is unclear how long the swell will last due to the strong winds, no day or time has been announced yet for the recommencement of the service, so make sure to stay updated via the Gozo Highspeed Facebook page.

Were you planning a Gozo trip this weekend?
