Rising superstars! Young Maltese singers win big at the Symphony Competition in Latvia
The talented group are back home with multiple medals!

A group of young Maltese singers have won big and walked away with multiple gold and silver medals at the Riga Symphony competition that was just held in Latvia.

They could not have represented Malta any better after competing with many other countries from all across the world and still winning big.

The impressive results from the talented Maltese superstars in all the different categories were as follow: 

  • Elyse Agius took the gold in the World Hit Nomination category and the silver in the Movies and Musical Nomination
  • Matthias Bonavia took the gold in the World Hit Nomination category alongside another gold in the Movies and Musical Nomination category.
  • Slavin Col took the gold in the World Hit Nomination category and made it a double gold in the Author and Original Song Nomination.
  • Together, Elyse and Slavin took home the silver in the Folk Song Nomination.
  • Kaylin won the gold medal in the World Hit Nomination and the silver in the Movies and Musicals Nomination category.
  • Eleny Incorvaja Scerri won the gold medal in the World Hit Nomination category and then another gold in the Movies and Musical nomination category.
  • Joy Xerri won the gold in the Author and Original Song Nomination category and the gold yet again in the Movies and Musical Nomination category.
  • Anneka Xerri won gold in the World Hit Nomination category and took home the gold again in the Movies and Musical Nomination category.
  • Ramires Sciberras won the gold in the World Hit Nomination category and then also won the Movies and Musical Nomination – Gran Prix.
