Garam Masalaa is a family run Restaurant which started in Msida 15 years ago and gained a reputation of serving authentic and delicious Indian food. They have now reinvented themselves with a new restaurant in Qawra with a terrace overlooking the beautiful bay of Salina.
Thirteen different spices and herbs from India are roasted and freshly ground in-house for a special blend of garam masala, which is a staple of Punjabi cuisine and is used as a vital ingredient in many other regions of India.
The assortment of marinated meats, cooked in the traditional tandoor ovens, are served tender and full of flavour. The open kitchen allows customers to view the succulent meats along with various breads and saucy curries being freshly prepared by award winning chefs.
The decor and relaxed atmosphere gives clients a modern Indian dining experience.
