Remembering Titti: It's been a year since Malta’s diving dog crossed the rainbow bridge
We really miss Titti!

A year ago yesterday, Titti the diving dog crossed over the rainbow bridge, leaving many locals (and visitors) who loved watching the Jack Russell dive into the sea more than a little heartbroken.

Carmelo, Titti’s dad, would also be seen around St Peter’s Pool in the summer months with his pooch who’d follow him to the edge and dive alongside him. Titti and Carmelo became known as Malta’s diving duo, entertaining beach-goers with their skills.

Last year, Titti went to doggie heaven after suffering with heart problems. But Carmelo was seen back at it again in summer, this time with another furry friend he named, Tina. Tina was seen training with her dad (and totally acing it), getting a few cheers and woos from the audience, too.

We hope Titti is diving and splashing around in doggie heaven!
