Record-breaking! Gharb in Gozo sets new national records during their festa celebrations
The records involved the longest flagpole and the largest party flag.

The Facebook page, The Malta Records just announced that the village of Għarb, in Gozo, broke two national records, that of the longest flagpole as well as the largest party flag. These records were broken during their traditional festa celebrations.

These new records have been certified by The Malta Records. The flagpole is 51 meters long while the festive pallium has a length of 29.35 meters and a width of 10 meters.
