Just when you thought that festa season was over, in comes the Feast of St Leonard, celebrated today on the 6th of November!

To commemorate this special day, ReCoop - The Restoration and Conservation Coop Ltd’s Facebook Page posted about a beautifully restored image of the titular of the Kirkop Parish Church.

This magnificent transformation is the result of a meticulous process of conservation and restoration, highlighting the dedication, professionalism, and passion of those involved in the project.

The restoration was recently unveiled during a memorable evening, graciously hosted by the San Leonardu A.D. Musical Association.

The collective joy and appreciation expressed by the community serve as a testament to the success of this project. RECOOP, the driving force behind this restoration, takes immense pride in preserving and revitalising this cherished piece of history.

A true example of how art, culture, and community can come together to celebrate and honour their heritage.
