A few days ago, during an event organised by BirdLife Malta and LIFE PanPuffinus, the Astro Society Malta was also invited, and they caught a glimpse of something incredibly rare!

During a nocturnal birdwatching experience, armed with telescopes and a sense of wonder, the group was also treated to a rare sighting of the Milky Way and its celestial splendour stretching across the horizon.

The beauty and majesty of the universe came to life before their eyes. An evening that started off with a celebration towards the awe-inspiring beauty of birds was coupled with the vastness of the universe they call home.

These glimpses serve as a mere taste of the limitless wonders.
