On Saturday, 11th November, 2023, the President's Fun Walk, now known as 'Mixja mal-President,' is set to take place in support of the Community Chest Fund. The event will commence at 3pm, starting from Verdala Palace, passing through Sant'Anton Palace, and concluding in front of the Presidential Palace in Valletta.

As a result, Malta Public Transport have announced a special service for participants of the President's Fun Walk. This service will be provided free of charge to all those wearing the Fun Walk shirt or bib.

The shuttle service will commence its departures from Valletta Bay C3, travelling to Sant Anton Gardens in Attard, with a stop at Bus Stop 6230 Vestru. The service will then proceed to the Verdala Palace in Buskett, stopping at Bus Stop 2224 Verdala. The shuttle service will operate from 12pm to 2pm, with departures scheduled every 15 minutes during this time frame. From 2:15pm to 3pm, the service will exclusively stop at Sant Anton Palace, ensuring that participants have convenient access to the event locations.

Following the conclusion of the President's Fun Walk in Valletta, Malta Public Transport will extend the operational hours of Route 56. The extended hours will be in effect until 6:30pm, 7pm, 7:30pm, and 8pm.
