Malta’s very own passport ranks in the top TEN from all the countries across the globe

With a whopping score of 88.71, Malta’s passport has ranked as number ten from all the countries around the world VisaGuide.World Passport Index.

VisaGuide.World Passport Index is a “passport ranking system that evaluates and ranks the passports of 199 countries and territories based on various factors to determine their strength”.

Malta passport was given such a prominent place as Maltese passport holders can travel visa-free to 157 countries in the world.

Italy’s passport ranked first while Spain and Sweden were a close second and third respectively.

The Norwegian passport beat Malta and ranked in 9th place while the Dutch passport followed closely behind Malta at 11th place.

Afghanistan’s passport came in last at the 199th place.
