The heat is getting real! As we head into our first official heatwave of 2023, this week is looking hotter than ever. If you’re already feeling the heat today, we hate to break it to you...it’s about to get worse according to Malta International Airport.

Today looks like the ‘coolest’ day this week with the temperature feeling like 39°C. The lowest temperature for the day will only go down to 25°C in the evening.

It only gets hotter from here. Throughout the rest of the week, temperatures will persist with a real feel of 40°C and 41°C. The lowest temperature will remain quite high during the week, ranging from 27°C, 29°C, and even 30°C towards the end of the week!

The UV Index throughout the whole of this week will persist at 11+ and there does not seem to be any mention of a single cloud in sight!
