Making Malta proud! Maltese national men’s U17 Waterpolo team beat Georgia at European Championships
They will face Ukraine tomorrow.

Malta’s national men’s U17 Waterpolo team have beat Georgia at this year’s European Championships taking place in Manisa, Turkey!

Witch a score of 16-7, Elijah Schembri led the team to victory with six goals. Jayden Cutajar scored an additional four goals while Julian Chircop scored another two. Sam Engerer, Gabriel Bonavia, Zak Cutajar Licari and Luigi Dimech scored a goal each.

The team played Germany yesterday, losing only by two goals but they came back today fighting more than ever and achieving a very comfortable victory!

They are now set to play Ukraine tomorrow and are hoping for another great win.

Malta’s winning squad is being led by Mr. Milan Cirovic and assisted by Anthony Farrugia.
